Early on in my journey, this was my go-to smoothie, and I LOVE IT! In fact, sometimes crave it! It is also very nutrient-dense by using the Huel powder.
Huel contains all 27 essential vitamins and minerals, essential fats, fiber, and phytonutrients. It is also 100% Vegan & Gluten-free. There are MANY meal replacement types of shakes out there and Huel is my choice in regard to nutrient density to cost/value and cleanliness.
I mentioned “early on” because now I don’t utilize the Huel. I now use their Huel Greens powder and drink that with my breakfast. I’m keeping this recipe here because it IS a good way to get many great nutrients, it is filling, and a MUCH better alternative than fast food or other unhealthy quick foods and smoothies out there. I would put this in my “GOOD” category. 👍

Ingredients
- 15 g Kale
- 100 g Strawberries (Include the tops!)
- 50 g Blackberries
- 50 g Blueberries
- 12 floz water
- 45 g Huel Black – Vanilla Powder
Optional Ingredients
- 1 ea Cooked Beet
Instructions
- In this order, add 15 g Kale, 100 g Strawberries, 50 g Blackberries,50 g Blueberries and COLD 12 floz water.15 g Kale, 100 g Strawberries, 50 g Blackberries, 50 g Blueberries, 12 floz water
- Add the scoop of 45 g Huel Black – Vanilla Powder last! It is imperative to do this AFTER adding the water; else, you will get a clumpy mess!
