This is my go-to smoothie, and I LOVE IT! In fact, sometimes crave it! It is also very nutrient-dense by using the Huel powder.
Huel contains all 27 essential vitamins and minerals, essential fats, fiber, and phytonutrients. It is also 100% Vegan & Gluten-free. There are MANY meal replacement types of shakes out there and Huel is my choice in regards to nutrient density to cost/value and cleanliness.

Ingredients
 15 g Kale
 100 g Strawberries, tops included!
 50 g Blackberries
 50 g Blueberries
 12 fl oz Cold water
 45 g Huel Black - Vanilla (1 scoop)Feel free to use 2 scoops, but be aware of the calories.
Optional Ingredients
 302 g Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein Powder (1 scoop)Add this in after you have everything else blended to keep it from expanding so much.
 42 g Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder (42g is full packet, use less if you want less.)
 1 ea Cooked Beet
Directions

In this order, add the Kale, Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, and Cold Water.

Add the scoop of Huel. It is imperative to do this AFTER adding the water; else, you will get a clumpy mess!

Blend in a nutribullet or other high-speed blender for a minute.
IF using the whey protein powder, add it AFTER this is all blended so it won't "froth" or expand as much.
