Huel Daily Geens

This is one of a few recommended products that I use in my healthy lifestyle that I’m often asked about.

Huel Daily Greens powder mix with over 91 vitamins, minerals and whole-food sourced ingredients. Add a boost to your daily nutrition.

I was always skeptical of the many “green powders” available on the market. In fact, a lot aren’t made from quality ingredients. Knowing Huel’s attention to quality and having used their products in the past, I trust them.

Interestingly enough, although I DO eat a lot of vegetables and fruits; the couple of times I got sick since my health transformation… it was when I wasn’t regularly using the Huel! So that does tell me there is something about the bioavailability of their vitamins and minerals. Speaking of, there are folks out there saying, “green powders” are “oxalate bombs” and you don’t absorb all of the nutrients. Ok, this may be true. I drink mine with full-fat, grass-fed, whole-milk Kefir and water. I also eat some other fermented foods and this should help break down oxalates and phytates. Also, Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat soluble so the Kefir should only help all the way around!

I’ve been using this as a lunch as I’m generally not hungry for a meal because of my highly nutritious and filling breakfast! Does it work? I can tell you I feel good and the couple of times I’ve gotten sick was when I wasn’t regularly using them… It may be worth a shot at trying. It tastes different than I expected. I can’t really explain it, but doesn’t taste “green” if that makes sense!🤣😆😂 A friend of mine didn’t really like it but he added Redmond’s ReLyte to it and then he liked it. So I tried that and it’s good like that too!

Huel Daily Greens is a blend of 91 vitamins, minerals, and whole food-sourced ingredients. Grown by nature, blended by science. Fruits & Vegetables aren’t as nutritious today as they used to be so this “boost” seems like a logical option.
