Magnesium is simply a mineral and electrolyte found in many foods. Supplementation can be good to do because magnesium can be lost in sweat and some foods aren’t as high in it as others. There are several ways magnesium can be bound to other things for absorption.

This supplement is a blend of Magnesium L-Threonate, Glycinate, and Taurate. Each with its own benefits of how it delivers elemental magnesium.

L-Threonate is really interesting as it is able to cross the blood-brain barrier! This helps with memory and cognitive function. I can tell you from my own experience this DOES WORK! I still forget some things, but not nearly as much as without it!

Glycinate is probably the most absorbable form and helps provide the body with its magnesium demands. Some of which include raising HDL and lowering LDL and Triglycerides!

Finally, Taurate which is magnesium combined with the amino acid taurine. Both act on the GABA receptors in the central nervous system, which produces feelings of calm and relaxation and help improve sleep quality. I can tell you that my sleep has improved even more since using this!

I was using a product that was 100% L-Threonate, but since switching to this blend, things have been much better!
