I’ve tried many kinds of yogurt but settled on this one. The reason is all the stores I go to have it, has high protein content and ZERO added sugar! In fact, a cup of this only has 5g of sugar (lactose from the milk)!
I no longer subscribe to the “fat is bad” mentality, so I prefer full-fat whole-milk yogurt from grass-fed cows. HOWEVER, if you must have different flavors and aren’t ready for the more plain style of yogurt, these are a good transition to item.
The only thing I don’t really love about this is the use of so-called “natural flavors” but in weighing all others that are available locally, this is best for me for now. My favorite flavors are Cherry, Vanilla, Mixed Berry, and Coconut.
